WE2 Mentorship Program – Year Three

The IAC Women For Energy Efficiency (WE2) Network is launching Year Three of the WE2 Mentorship Program! This year will run from Fall 2021 to Summer 2022.

Our mentorship program is looking for interested current IAC students and recent alumni to become mentees as well as energy and engineering professionals from a variety of backgrounds and career paths to become mentors to students in the DOE Industrial Assessment Center Program for this year’s program! The WE2 Network is committed to fostering male allies and including other minorities in the IAC community and energy industry in the discussion on workforce diversity.

Interested current IAC students, recent alumni and potential mentors can now fill out the Application Form! Mentor-mentee pairings will be assigned using information collected from the form linked above.

Not sure you fit the program? Contact Kelly Baber or Sush Singh with any questions!
