WE2 Mentorship Program – Year Two

The IAC Women For Energy Efficiency (WE2) Network is launching year two of the WE2 Mentorship Program to run Fall 2020 to Summer 2021. We are looking for interested energy and engineering professionals from a variety of backgrounds and career paths to become mentors to students in the DOE Industrial Assessment Center Program.

Interested IAC students and potential mentors should fill out the Mentor/Mentee Signup Form by the deadline of Wednesday October 28 | 5PM EST. Mentor-mentee pairings will be assigned by early November using information collected from the form linked above.

Our Mentorship Program is intended for all IAC students, but our other WE2 programming is open to anyone in the WE2 Network. The WE2 Network is committed to fostering male allies and including other minorities in the IAC community and energy industry in the discussion on workforce diversity.
